  • Your trading account number (found in your welcome email or your account)
  • Your name, surname, and email address with which you registered a nomo account
  • Date of the issue
  • Topic of your complaint (e.g., deposit issue, incorrectly calculated fee, trading-related issue)
  • Cause and description of your complaint (please provide detailed explanations)
