How can I ensure my personal information is removed from nomo after closing my account?
Once your account is closed, we'll no longer collect information from you, and your email address will be taken off our mailing list.
If you want us to delete your information, simply reach out by sending an email to support@nomotrade.com from the email linked to your nomo account. Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Our team will promptly process your request and respond within five working days.
To comply with regulatory rules and our Terms and Conditions, we're obligated to retain some of your records for a few years post-account closure.
